We try our best to have your booties in the post as soon as possible. If you would like a more accurate despatch time before placing your order please contact us. Returns

We love and are satisfied with every order we ship out however if you aren't in love with your purchase as much as we are we will refund an UNWORN purchase WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVAL DATE.

If you would like to schedule a refund, please email us at wattleandhide@gmail.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Once we have received your return and inspected the product we will refund you the price of the product/s.

WE DO NOT GIVE EXCHANGES, REFUND ONLY. If an item appears to be faulty on arrival, please contact us immediately and a refund will be negotiated on a case by case basis. Please note if your product is deemed not faulty by us, postage fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. We personally check every item of your order before being shipped out to ensure it is up to our standards.
